How to view / save to disk the PowerPoint presentation:
There are variations between Internet Explorer and Netscape. Use what best suits your computer. When you click on "View the Presentation" your computer will either automatically open the slides in a new window of your browser and you will scroll down to view the next slide, or will ask if you wish to open the slides using PowerPoint or "Save this file to disk." Choose and follow the instructions on your computer.

How to download and save the PowerPoint presentation to your hard drive using WinZip:
If you wish to download the file and view later, and the above technique for saving the file to your hard drive does not work on your computer, you may select the zip file. You must have WinZip on your computer because the file is zipped to make downloading quicker and you must unzip it. (You may download WinZip from their website.) When you click on "Download the Presentation", you will "Save to Disk" on a location on your hard drive, then unzip the zip file using WinZip. Then you may view the version saved on your computer using PowerPoint.
