NCAM Attends Annual SAMPE Conference and Exhibition

LONG BEACH, CA -- During the first week of May, NCAM attended the 2005 Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE®) Conference and Exhibition in Long Beach, CA .

SAMPE is an international professional member society that provides information on new materials and processing technology either via technical forums, journal publications or books in which professionals in this field can exchange ideas and air their views. SAMPE provides a valuable forum for scientists, engineers, and academicians.

The exhibition's theme was "New Horizons for Materials and Processing Technology." Over 275 technical papers and 12 tutorials circulated the latest advancements in the field of materials and processes. More than 200 exhibitors attended. NCAM was represented by Director Bruce Brailsford.
